Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE management systems for construction projects
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards
- Ensure compliance with national K3 regulations and company safety standards
- Investigate incidents and prepare corrective action reports
- Deliver safety training programs to construction personnel and contractors
- Monitor environmental compliance and waste management procedures
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and regulatory records
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies during audits and inspections
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Valid K3 Umum certification (mandatory requirement)
- Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in construction industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian K3 regulations and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Proficient in safety documentation and reporting systems
- Certified in First Aid and Fire Safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
