Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific HSE policies and procedures in accordance with national regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead daily toolbox talks and conduct safety training sessions for staff and contractors to maintain high levels of safety awareness.
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and dangerous occurrences to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure that all personnel comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements and safety protocols at all times.
- Prepare detailed HSE reports, documentation, and performance metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with site management to ensure that emergency response plans are up-to-date and effectively communicated.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably within the EPC or construction sector.
- Certified K3 Umum (General Occupational Health and Safety) certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HSE regulations, and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence behavior at all levels.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques.
- Willingness to be stationed in Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah.
