Are you a dedicated safety professional looking to make a tangible impact? YPTT Solutions Indonesia is seeking a proactive HSE Officer to join our dynamic team in Cikarang Pusat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our site safety culture, ensuring that our active construction projects adhere to the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.

As our HSE Officer, you will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and foster a 'safety-first' mindset across all operational levels.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate site safety performance to ensure compliance with Indonesian OHS regulations and internal company policies.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Lead daily toolbox talks and periodic safety training sessions for staff and subcontractors.
- Investigate all site incidents and near-misses, preparing detailed reports with root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all active project sites.
- Ensure all required safety documentation, including JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and permit-to-work systems, are correctly maintained.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain first-aid readiness on site.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess a valid K3 Umum (General Occupational Health and Safety) certification from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) RI.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HSE role within the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of ISO 45001 and environmental management standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and train workers of all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and data analysis.
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang Pusat and travel between project sites as required.
