China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) is currently seeking a highly motivated and disciplined HSE Officer to join our expanding team in Cikarang. In this role, you will be the frontline champion for safety culture. You will work closely with site management and sub-contractors to identify hazards, mitigate risks, and ensure that every worker returns home safely. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific HSE policies, procedures, and safety management plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead safety induction programs and continuous training for all employees and sub-contractors.
- Investigate and report all incidents, accidents, or near-misses, and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation, permits, and safety reporting records.
- Coordinate with local authorities and clients regarding safety certifications and compliance audits.
- Promote a proactive safety culture by conducting tool-box talks and safety campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional working experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
- Possess a valid K3 Konstruksi Certification (General or Construction) from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI).
- Educational background in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor and safety laws (UU K3) and international ISO standards (ISO 45001/14001).
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure construction environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
