Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes
- Deliver safety training programs to employees and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations
- Monitor environmental impact and implement sustainable practices
- Prepare safety reports and documentation for regulatory compliance
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Certification in HSE (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction
- Strong knowledge of local and national safety regulations
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies
- Experience with safety management systems and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
