Multi Prima Works is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HSE Officer to join our expanding construction projects in Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our safety culture, ensuring that every operational aspect of our construction sites adheres to the highest national and international safety standards.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator capable of identifying potential hazards before they become incidents. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a 'Safety First' mindset among our site workers, subcontractors, and management teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor site-specific HSE policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with construction safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and mitigate operational hazards.
- Lead daily Toolbox Talks and safety induction programs for new employees and subcontractors.
- Manage the documentation of incident reports, investigation files, and safety statistics for management review.
- Ensure that all heavy machinery and construction equipment meet rigorous safety maintenance standards.
- Oversee the proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all active project zones.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and improve Emergency Response Plans and evacuation procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HSE Officer, specifically within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Possess a valid K3 Konstruksi certification (General or Construction).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian safety laws (UU K3) and environmental regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root-cause analysis on safety incidents.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing personnel at all levels of the site.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Sumatera Utara.
