Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE management systems aligned with ISO 45001 and local K3 regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits across mining operations
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and environmental non-conformances with root cause analysis
- Deliver targeted safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Monitor environmental compliance including waste management and pollution control
- Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports to government authorities
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain crisis management protocols
- Lead safety committees and foster continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years HSE experience in mining, construction, or heavy industry
- Certification in ISO 45001, OSHA 30-hour, or equivalent safety qualifications
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (Permenaker No. 5/2018)
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Experience developing safety documentation and training materials
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently in remote mining site environments
