Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes
- Deliver engaging safety training programs for all personnel
- Monitor compliance with OSH regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety drills
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting systems
- Promote proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in HSE roles within mining/energy sector
- Certification in OSH Management Systems (SMK3/K3) required
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian OSH regulations (PP 50/2012)
- Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and training facilitation skills
- Proficiency in HSE documentation and reporting software
- Ability to work in field environments and remote sites
