Yeakin Plastic Industry Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer to join our team in Batam Kota. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our workplace safety standards, ensuring full compliance with environmental regulations and industry best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, implement preventive measures, and promote a safety-first mindset across our manufacturing operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring timely reporting and implementation of corrective actions.
- Organize and facilitate safety training programs, including emergency response drills and induction for new employees.
- Ensure full compliance with local government regulations and international environmental management standards.
- Maintain and update all HSE documentation, records, and reporting metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to drive continuous improvement in safety performance and sustainable practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Valid K3 Umum certification is mandatory; additional specialized certifications are a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian safety and environmental legislation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable safety improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing behavior across all levels of staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional reporting software.
