Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain HSE Management Systems aligned with ISO 45001 standards
- Conduct daily site inspections and risk assessments for construction activities
- Investigate accidents/incidents and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for all personnel
- Monitor compliance with local and national HSE regulations
- Prepare detailed safety reports and documentation for management review
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety committee meetings
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Certification in SMK3/K3 Umum or equivalent HSE qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction/mining HSE roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (PP 50/2012)
- Advanced skills in incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Proficiency in HSE software and reporting systems
- Ability to work effectively in remote site conditions
