Adigraha Wiranusa is a growing leader in the construction sector, and we are currently seeking a dynamic, results-oriented HSE Officer to join our team in Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining a zero-accident environment while fostering a culture of safety excellence across all our construction projects.
We are looking for an individual who is not just technically skilled, but who possesses the leadership qualities to influence behavior and uphold our high standards. You will be instrumental in identifying potential hazards, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring that all operations align with national safety standards and internal corporate protocols.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Organize and facilitate safety training programs and toolbox talks for all site personnel.
- Investigate all workplace incidents, accidents, or near-misses and prepare detailed root cause analysis reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation, permits, and regulatory filings.
- Monitor the usage and condition of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure site-wide compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety protocols into daily construction activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for safety-related inquiries and emergency response coordination on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess a valid K3 Konstruksi certification (General or Construction).
- At least 1-3 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations (UU K3) and international ISO standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing workers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Physically fit and ready to work in field-based construction environments in Kalimantan Timur.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
