Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and training programs
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses with corrective action plans
- Monitor environmental compliance and waste management protocols
- Ensure adherence to national K3 regulations and ISO standards
- Prepare HSE reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety awareness campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or Engineering
- Certification in K3/SMK3 or equivalent safety management qualification
- Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in industrial/manufacturing settings
- Proficiency in Indonesian safety regulations (Permenaker)
- Strong analytical skills for incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and training abilities
- Experience with safety management software and reporting tools
- Valid BOSRET (Surat Keterangan Sehat) and K3 Umum certification
