Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific HSE policies and procedures in accordance with national regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Lead safety briefings, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills for all on-site personnel and contractors.
- Manage incident reporting, perform thorough root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and maintain all site safety documentation, permits, and training records.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety protocols into every phase of the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all heavy equipment and machinery are operated according to safety standards and certified regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within construction or large-scale project management.
- Certified K3 Konstruksi (General or Construction) from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian HSE laws, regulations, and ISO standards (ISO 45001).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and train staff at all levels.
