Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across all facility sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure strict compliance with local regulations and internal QA/QC standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports regarding incident investigations, safety performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate safety training sessions for staff and contractors to foster a robust safety-first culture.
- Oversee emergency response planning and ensure all safety equipment is maintained and functional.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external safety audits and regulatory inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed/Registered Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Proven experience in HSE or QA/QC roles within the facilities management or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Occupational Health and Safety Standards (OHSAS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical reports and safety data.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence and train diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and safety documentation software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
