We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Paramedic to manage employee health management activities, both regular and project-based. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical response, conducting health assessments, implementing health programs, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
As a key member of our health and safety team, you will work closely with various departments to develop and implement health promotion initiatives, conduct medical examinations, and maintain accurate health records. Your expertise will contribute to creating a safe working environment and minimizing health risks associated with mining operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide emergency medical response and first aid to employees in case of accidents or medical emergencies
- Conduct regular health assessments and medical examinations for employees
- Develop and implement health promotion programs and initiatives
- Monitor workplace health and safety conditions and identify potential hazards
- Maintain accurate health records and medical documentation
- Coordinate with medical facilities and healthcare providers as needed
- Provide health and safety training to employees
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Certified Paramedic or equivalent medical qualification
- Experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in the mining or natural resources sector
- Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Advanced Life Support
- Familiarity with Indonesian health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in emergency situations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
