As a key member of our Health, Safety, and Environment team, you will be responsible for providing immediate medical assistance during emergencies, implementing first aid protocols, and promoting a culture of safety across our construction sites.
This position requires a highly skilled and compassionate professional with expertise in emergency response techniques and patient handling. You will work closely with our HSE team to develop and implement safety procedures, conduct regular health checks, and maintain medical equipment to ensure readiness for any situation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate medical assistance and emergency response to workplace incidents
- Perform first aid treatment and patient transport as needed
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols on construction sites
- Conduct regular health check-ups for employees
- Train staff on first aid and emergency response procedures
- Maintain medical equipment and supplies
- Document all medical incidents and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the HSE team to improve workplace safety measures
Kualifikasi
- Certified Paramedic or equivalent medical qualification
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Experience in emergency response and patient handling
- Familiarity with HSE regulations and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness to handle emergency situations and patient transport
- Previous experience in a construction or industrial setting is preferred
