Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement safety plans and procedures for the construction project.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
- Train workers on safety practices and emergency procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations.
- Monitor workplace conditions and enforce safety protocols.
- Prepare safety reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with project management to integrate safety into all operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in HSE roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- Certification in HSE (e.g., SMK3, K3 Umum) is required.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Proficiency in using safety management software and tools.
