Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with local regulations and Bureau Veritas corporate standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead and facilitate safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for employees and contractors.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and develop preventive strategies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate HSE reports, statistics, and documentation for regulatory compliance and management review.
- Promote a positive safety culture through effective communication, engagement initiatives, and continuous safety awareness campaigns.
- Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
- Relevant HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or SNI 19-7001) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of [Number] years of experience in HSE roles within the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health (K3) regulations and international safety standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in using HSE management software, data analysis tools, and reporting systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and make sound safety decisions under pressure.
