Are you a proactive professional dedicated to maintaining workplace safety and environmental excellence? PT Sinau Service Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HSE Staff to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be a vital part of our construction operations, ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed and that we maintain the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance.
As an HSE Staff member, you will play a critical role in mitigating workplace risks, conducting site inspections, and fostering a culture of safety among all project personnel. We are looking for someone who is passionate about industrial safety, equipped with strong analytical skills, and ready to contribute to our commitment to zero-accident project delivery.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all national and local health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Lead safety induction programs for new employees and provide ongoing training for staff and contractors.
- Manage the documentation of incident reports, investigation findings, and corrective action plans.
- Oversee the maintenance and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all personnel.
- Participate in emergency response drills and support the development of safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into daily operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess a valid K3 Umum (General Occupational Health & Safety) certificate from BNSP/Kemnaker.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry as an HSE Officer or Staff.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian safety laws, environmental standards, and ISO certification requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and report preparation.
- Ability to work under pressure and committed to maintaining a high safety culture.
