In this dynamic position, you will ensure all company activities align with national regulations and international standards while fostering a culture of proactive safety awareness. You'll conduct comprehensive risk assessments, develop emergency response protocols, and implement sustainability initiatives that protect both our workforce and the environment.
As our HSE champion, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in workplace safety standards. Your responsibilities will include auditing operational processes, investigating incidents to root causes, and delivering targeted training programs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about transforming safety culture in the mining and energy sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures compliant with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits across operational sites
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents to identify root causes
- Deliver comprehensive safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports to government authorities
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain safety equipment inventories
- Monitor environmental performance and implement waste reduction initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in mining/natural resources sector
- Certification in OSHA or ISO 45001 standards required
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (PP 50/2012)
- Proficient in incident investigation techniques (5 Whys, Fishbone)
- Experience developing emergency response plans and SOPs
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
