We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Staff to join our team in Karawang. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mitigating operational risks to protect our workforce and environment.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols and possess a strong technical understanding of industrial safety standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor site conditions, conduct training, and drive continuous improvement in our safety management systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs and policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Organize and facilitate safety training programs and induction sessions for employees and contractors.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all HSE activities, including incident investigations and safety audits.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure safe operational practices across all production areas.
- Prepare emergency response plans and lead periodic safety drills to ensure organizational readiness.
- Monitor and manage the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure all staff are properly equipped.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Possess a valid K3 Umum certification (HSE General Certificate).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws, HSE regulations, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis for safety incidents.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing staff at all levels to adhere to safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data analysis.
- Willing to be stationed in Karawang, West Java.
