Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments
- Organize safety training programs for staff and faculty members
- Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Monitor compliance with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety equipment maintenance
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and regulatory records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE management
- Certification in OSHA or equivalent safety standards
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
- Ability to train diverse groups on safety protocols
