PT PSE Prima Sukses is seeking a dedicated HSE Staff (Health, Safety, and Environment) to join our team in Mojokerto. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and monitoring occupational health and safety programs that comply with local and national regulations.
In this position, you will conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and assess risks. You will prepare detailed reports of inspection results, activities, and meetings for relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Additionally, you will evaluate and improve our K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) standards and programs to continuously enhance workplace safety.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with experience in developing and implementing safety programs. You will be proactive in identifying potential hazards and taking corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively train employees on safety procedures and promote a culture of safety awareness throughout the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Develop, implement, and monitor occupational health and safety programs and policies
- Prepare detailed reports of inspection results, activities, and meetings for relevant stakeholders
- Evaluate and improve K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) standards and programs
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Conduct safety training for employees to promote a culture of safety awareness
- Ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with management to develop safety improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification in Health and Safety (e.g., K3 Umum, SMK3) is preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Knowledge of local and national safety regulations and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential safety hazards
- Proficiency in safety management software and Microsoft Office applications
