Join Indofood as a key member of our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) team in Cikupa, Banten. As an HSE Staff, you'll be instrumental in safeguarding our workplace by implementing robust safety protocols and ensuring compliance with national K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) regulations. You'll monitor and evaluate HSE program effectiveness, conduct regular workplace inspections, and lead incident investigations to prevent workplace accidents. This role requires proactive risk assessment, safety training coordination, and meticulous documentation of safety activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on HSE program implementation effectiveness
- Develop and maintain comprehensive K3 documentation and incident reports
- Conduct regular workplace safety audits and hazard identification assessments
- Coordinate safety training programs for all personnel levels
- Investigate workplace accidents and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with national OHS regulations and company policies
- Prepare monthly/quarterly HSE performance reports for management
- Lead emergency response drills and safety committee meetings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in manufacturing/food industry
- Certification in K3 Umum (SMK3) or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in Indonesian OHS regulations and ISO 45001 standards
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Experience developing safety procedures and training materials
- Excellent report writing and documentation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software
