Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and enforce all HSE policies, procedures, and safety protocols across terminal operations.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate HSE documentation, reports, and incident logs for management review.
- Facilitate safety toolbox meetings and training sessions to enhance safety awareness among staff and contractors.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure full compliance with local regulations and industry safety standards.
- Investigate incidents or near-misses and assist in the implementation of preventative measures.
- Support the permit-to-work system and ensure safe working practices during daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in HSE, preferably in terminal operations, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Possess a valid K3 certification (General K3 or relevant technical certifications is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian safety regulations (UU K3) and environmental compliance standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of preparing professional safety reports.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence behaviors and promote a safety-first culture.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available immediately for a temporary contract assignment.
