You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust safety policies, conducting regular risk assessments, and fostering a culture of safety awareness across the organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures in strict accordance with legal requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend immediate corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement long-term preventive measures.
- Coordinate and conduct safety training programs, toolbox talks, and induction sessions for employees and contractors.
- Manage the issuance, inventory, and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure optimal worker safety.
- Prepare and maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation for internal management and external regulatory audits.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors to ensure full compliance with national safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field.
- Valid certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HSE Supervisor role within the construction or industrial sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively train and motivate staff.
- Proficiency in using HSE management software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities in high-risk environments.
