Malindo Feedmill is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team in Medan. As a key player in the animal feed industry, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety and environmental protection. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, conducting regular audits, and fostering a proactive safety culture across our production facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations (K3) and a passion for continuous improvement in workplace safety metrics. You will work closely with plant management to mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote the well-being of all employees.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE management systems and programs.
- Lead regular safety inspections and site audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Facilitate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Organize and deliver safety training sessions and awareness programs for all staff and contractors.
- Ensure full compliance with local and national HSE regulations, including K3 standards.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare safety performance reports, and manage health and safety documentation.
- Coordinate with government agencies and external auditors regarding HSE certifications and site inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a manufacturing or feed mill environment.
- Possess active K3 Umum certification (Ahli K3).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to influence a safety-first culture.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data management systems for reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
