Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify potential hazards
- Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Develop and deliver training programs on safety procedures, environmental policies, and sustainability practices
- Monitor environmental performance and implement initiatives to reduce waste, energy consumption, and carbon emissions
- Prepare and submit HSE reports to management and regulatory bodies as required
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness throughout the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE and sustainability management
- Professional certification in HSE (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of local environmental regulations and safety standards
- Experience developing and implementing sustainability initiatives and environmental management systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Proficiency in HSE software and data analysis tools
