Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSSE policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site audits, safety inspections, and risk assessments for terminal operations to identify potential hazards.
- Lead and facilitate safety training programs and induction sessions for employees and contractors.
- Manage emergency response planning, including organizing drills and ensuring readiness for critical incidents.
- Investigate all HSSE-related incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Maintain and update essential HSSE documentation, permits, and reporting metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in safety performance and security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HSSE role, preferably within an oil & gas, chemical, or heavy industrial terminal environment.
- Possess relevant safety certifications (e.g., WSHO, Advanced Certificate in WSH, or equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore WSH Act and international environmental/safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage emergency situations and lead incident investigations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of professional integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
