Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSSE strategies aligned with international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
- Oversee compliance management for local and global regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through risk-based methodologies
- Manage contractor safety programs and performance metrics
- Coordinate emergency response planning and crisis management
- Mentor and develop HSSE team members through targeted training programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive HSSE management experience
- Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, CSP) preferred
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HSSE management systems
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean and international HSSE regulations
- Experience managing HSSE functions in energy/utility sectors
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
