Join Shopee's dynamic warehouse team as an HSSE Officer and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our workforce and operations. You'll develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSSE) programs tailored for a high-volume e-commerce warehouse environment. This critical position ensures compliance with local regulations and international standards while fostering a culture of safety excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct risk assessments, manage incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will directly contribute to accident prevention, environmental sustainability, and regulatory adherence in one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing e-commerce ecosystems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce HSSE policies, procedures, and best practices for warehouse operations
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across warehouse facilities
- Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and accidents to determine root causes
- Organize and deliver safety training programs for warehouse staff and contractors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOLE, and other environmental regulations
- Manage hazardous material handling, waste disposal, and emergency response protocols
- Prepare detailed HSSE reports and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure safety standards are met
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HSSE experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing environments
- Professional certification in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., CRSP, OSHA, ISO 45001)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine environmental regulations and safety standards
- Experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse workforce groups
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
