As an HSSE Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting regular risk assessments, developing safety protocols, and conducting thorough investigations when incidents occur. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all HSSE matters, providing guidance and training to staff at all levels. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) programs
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across all operational areas
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international HSSE regulations and standards
- Provide HSSE training and guidance to employees at all levels
- Develop and maintain safety documentation, policies, and procedures
- Monitor environmental performance and implement sustainability initiatives
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging HSSE trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HSSE role, preferably in mining or resources industry
- Professional certification in Health & Safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSSE regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and analyze complex safety data
- Experience developing and delivering safety training programs
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
