Join Shopee's dynamic logistics team as a Hub Coordinator and drive operational excellence in our Singapore hub. This pivotal role involves overseeing end-to-end hub operations, ensuring seamless parcel processing from inbounding to final delivery. You'll manage critical first and last mile activities, optimize sorting workflows, coordinate rider dispatches, and maintain rigorous quality control standards. As the backbone of our supply chain, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, resolve operational bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers hands-on experience in fast-paced e-commerce logistics with opportunities to develop leadership skills in a tech-driven environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily hub operations including parcel inbounding, sorting, and rider dispatch coordination
- Oversee first and last mile activities to ensure timely deliveries and service quality
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency gains
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (riders, warehouse staff, customer service) for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of all hub activities
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards
- Train and mentor new team members on hub procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for coordinating diverse teams
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
