Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hub operations including parcel inbounding, sorting, and quality control
- Coordinate first and last-mile activities through efficient rider dispatch and receiving processes
- Monitor inventory levels and track parcel movements using logistics management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards
- Generate daily performance reports and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation of hub activities and exceptions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred in logistics or related field
- 1-2 years experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle packages
- Basic knowledge of Singapore's geography for last-mile routing
