- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SPX Express hub in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, ensuring smooth workflow from inbound to outbound.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates, sorters, and delivery riders to achieve target KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end logistics processes, including package sorting, loading, and dispatching to various routes in the Visayas network.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics such as delivery success rates, turnaround times, and productivity levels to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with the transport and fleet management teams to optimize delivery routes and resource allocation.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, security protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle on-ground escalations and resolve operational bottlenecks efficiently to minimize service disruptions.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily operational reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience in operations, warehouse supervision, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work onsite in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, and amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed by the business.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a commitment to operational excellence.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in logistics or operations are highly encouraged to apply.
