Join Shopee's dynamic logistics team as a Hub Coordinator - Operations at our SPX Express location. In this critical role, you'll be the backbone of our hub operations, ensuring the smooth flow of packages from inbounding to final delivery. You'll coordinate both first and last mile activities, working closely with our dedicated team of riders and warehouse staff to maintain operational excellence.
Your responsibilities will include managing parcel inbounding processes, implementing efficient sorting systems, coordinating rider dispatch, and overseeing receiving operations. You'll play a vital role in maintaining the high standards that Shopee customers expect, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages while optimizing operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate day-to-day hub operations including parcel inbounding, sorting, and receiving
- Manage rider dispatch to ensure timely deliveries across designated routes
- Monitor and optimize first and last mile logistics for maximum efficiency
- Implement and maintain operational procedures to ensure smooth workflow
- Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to resolve operational issues
- Track and report key performance indicators for hub operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations and package handling procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in using basic office software and inventory management systems
