Join Shopee's dynamic Operations team as a Hub Lead and drive excellence in our SPX Express logistics hub. You'll own the end-to-end operational journey, from order processing to last-mile delivery, ensuring seamless customer experiences while optimizing efficiency. This critical role demands a strategic thinker who can streamline complex workflows, mentor high-performing teams, and implement data-driven improvements to meet KPIs. As a key stakeholder, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance service quality, reduce costs, and maintain industry-leading standards in Singapore's competitive e-commerce landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of operations specialists to achieve daily/weekly performance targets
- Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination within the hub
- Implement process improvements using lean methodologies to boost productivity and accuracy
- Monitor KPIs (OTIF, productivity, error rates) and drive continuous optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and vendor teams for integrated operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards
- Develop contingency plans for operational disruptions and peak season demands
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in operations management with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven experience in e-commerce or logistics operations in Singapore
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
- Expertise in process optimization and performance management systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
