In this pivotal role, you will be the engine behind our operational excellence, ensuring that the end-to-end logistics process—from seller pickup to final-mile delivery—is executed with precision, speed, and efficiency.
As the Hub Lead, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a diverse team of logistics professionals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity. You will be responsible for maintaining high safety standards, managing hub capacity, and ensuring that every package handled meets our rigorous service level agreements (SLAs). Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day hub operations, ensuring seamless flow of parcels from inbound to outbound processes.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of hub staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement actionable solutions for process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and security policies to maintain a seamless warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with regional logistics heads to align hub activities with company-wide supply chain strategies.
- Manage equipment maintenance and inventory control within the hub to minimize downtime.
- Prepare regular analytical reports on throughput, productivity, and service quality for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large, diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between ground-level operations and corporate management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational demands.
