Join Shopee's dynamic logistics team as a Hub Lead - Operations, where you'll orchestrate the heartbeat of our SPX Express hub in Banilad, Cebu. This pivotal role demands strategic oversight of daily operations, ensuring seamless package flow from intake to dispatch while maintaining world-class service standards. You'll lead cross-functional teams in optimizing workflows, implementing lean methodologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. As a key player in Shopee's supply chain ecosystem, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks, manage inventory systems, and uphold safety protocols—all while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end hub operations including receiving, sorting, and dispatching packages
- Lead and develop a team of operations staff through performance coaching and training
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and turnaround times
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Coordinate with warehouse management, transportation, and customer service teams
- Manage inventory systems and optimize storage space utilization
- Resolve operational issues and implement contingency plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management capabilities
- Expertise in logistics software and warehouse management systems
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
