Shopee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hub Lead - Operations to join our SPX Express team. As a Hub Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end operational processes within our logistics network. Your expertise will drive efficiency, ensuring that shipments are processed, sorted, and dispatched accurately and on time. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the hub, leading a team of dedicated staff, and implementing best practices to enhance overall service quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the SPX Express hub, ensuring efficient processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
- Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures across the facility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain and Customer Service, to resolve operational issues.
- Manage inventory levels and stock accuracy within the hub to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or transport operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
