Shopee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hub Lead to join the SPX Express team. This role is at the heart of our logistics operations, overseeing the end-to-end process from the moment a product is sorted to its final delivery to our customers. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring that our delivery promises are consistently met.
As a Hub Lead, you will operate in a fast-paced e-commerce environment where agility and data-driven decision-making are key. You will lead the hub's strategic direction, optimize workflows, and solve complex logistical challenges to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This is a leadership position that requires a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the logistics hub, including inbound, sorting, dispatch, and returns management.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of supervisors, warehouse staff, and delivery partners to meet daily targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery success rates, cost per parcel, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance hub throughput and efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and security protocols within the facility.
- Coordinate with regional planning and transport teams to optimize vehicle routing and manpower allocation.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting areas for growth and improvement.
- Manage hub-related administrative tasks, including inventory control and equipment maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in logistics, e-commerce, or warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale teams in a high-pressure, fast-turnover environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both ground staff and corporate stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, to support peak season operations.
