Shopee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hub Lead - Operations, SPX Express to join our growing team in Cebu Downtown. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of our daily hub operations, acting as the strategic leader responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and accurate functioning of our logistics network. You will bridge the gap between operational execution and high-level management goals, ensuring that our fulfillment centers operate at peak performance to support Shopee's fast-paced e-commerce environment.
As the Hub Lead, you will oversee the end-to-day management of the facility, including staff supervision, workflow optimization, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the SPX Express hub, ensuring 100% operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise, mentor, and train a diverse team of warehouse staff, conducting regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Optimize warehouse workflows, layout, and processes to minimize bottlenecks and reduce processing times.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are accurate, organized, and secure at all times.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless logistics flow.
- Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends, implement improvements, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of leadership experience in a fast-paced fulfillment or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
- Fluent in English and local dialects; willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
