Join Shopee as the Hub Lead - Operations, SPX Express and drive the operational excellence of our logistics network. We are looking for a results-oriented leader to oversee the end-to-end operational processes, ensuring seamless delivery experiences for our millions of users. As a key member of the Shopee Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain and enhancing our service quality.
In this pivotal role, you will manage the daily functions of the hub, including workflow optimization, inventory control, and team supervision. You will be responsible for identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing strategic solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our logistics infrastructure scales with our business growth, supporting Shopee's mission to provide the best shopping experience to consumers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the SPX Express hub, ensuring high efficiency and accuracy in logistics processing.
- Oversee workforce planning, training, and performance management for hub staff to drive productivity.
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies to reduce turnaround times and operational costs.
- Coordinate with regional logistics teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Drive process optimization initiatives and digital transformation within the hub operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, or supply chain, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, WMS, and data analytics tools to drive decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing business demands.
