Shopee, the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Hub Lead to join its logistics arm, SPX Express, at the Maybunga hub in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Hub Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hub, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage a team of logistics professionals, coordinate with drivers and sorters, and maintain high standards of service quality and safety.
Your key responsibilities include monitoring operational metrics, implementing process improvements, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of parcels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hub operations, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching parcels.
- Lead and motivate a team of hub staff to achieve performance goals and ensure high morale.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on hub performance and present to senior management.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and improve operational processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in logistics.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed.
