Are you an experienced logistics professional looking to lead operations for one of Southeast Asia's top e-commerce delivery networks? SPX Express (Shopee Express) is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Hub Lead to oversee our hub operations in Naguilan, La Union.
As a Hub Lead, you will be at the forefront of our last-mile logistics operations. You will manage the daily inbound, outbound, sorting, and dispatch activities, ensuring that packages are processed efficiently and delivered on time. By leading a dedicated team of riders, sorters, and administrative personnel, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, maintaining high service standards, and supporting Shopee's regional growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily hub operations, including sorting, dispatching, inbound/outbound logistics, and inventory control.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of hub staff and delivery riders to meet daily operational targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and analyze hub performance metrics to identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage resource planning, including staffing schedules, rider allocation, and fleet management, to handle fluctuating package volumes.
- Resolve customer complaints, delivery escalations, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports and updates to regional logistics management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or last-mile delivery, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of local geography in Naguilan, La Union, and surrounding areas.
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
