- Oversee end-to-end operational processes for SPX Express hub in Singapore
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations professionals
- Optimize logistics workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Implement and maintain operational KPIs for performance tracking
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in operations/logistics with 2+ years leadership experience
- Proven track record in hub management or warehouse operations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in logistics management systems (WMS, TMS)
- Knowledge of Singaporean logistics regulations and compliance
