You'll maintain accurate inventory records for offline driver assets while optimizing hub workflows to maximize efficiency. The position requires proactive problem-solving to address operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements. As a key leader, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams to align operational goals, conduct regular audits for quality assurance, and develop strategies to enhance driver retention and service quality. Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in operations management, preferably in logistics/transport
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 5+ members
- Expertise in inventory management systems and documentation protocols
- Proficiency in data analysis for operational decision-making
