- Oversee daily operations of the logistics hub to ensure efficient processing of all shipments
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to prevent workplace accidents
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for restocking as needed
- Address operational challenges and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Prepare regular reports on hub performance, productivity metrics, and operational issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and distribution processes
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
