Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert-level technical support for HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub implementations
- Develop and maintain AI-powered automation workflows to enhance client operations
- Troubleshoot complex system integrations between HubSpot and third-party tools
- Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively implement optimization strategies
- Train clients on HubSpot best practices and AI tool utilization
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or HubSpot administration
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical implementation experience
- Certification in HubSpot Sales/Marketing/Service Hub or equivalent
- Proficiency in API integrations and workflow automation tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
