Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in HCBP role
- Proven track record in talent management and organizational development
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
